On the initial
 clean a double charge will occur, due to the fact we need to ensure ourselves that the first clean is not a one off clean. Also this enables us to put the extra time and effort into cleaning the glass, as possibly the windows have not been cleaned for some time.


Window cleaning is the main service that we offer, although we also carry out cleaning of conservatories and conservatory roofs. We also offer gutter cleaning as an additional service. The price we agree with you is for the cleaning of the glass, UPVC frames and window sills


We do our very best to come as often as we have agreed. To make that possible the windows will be cleaned at the interval required regardless of the weather. (please note the cancellation terms below)  The usual frequency is every 6 or 8 weeks. A frequency of more than 8 weeks will be classed as an initial clean and therefore the charge will be higher than if it were more frequently.

Method of Payment

If you are at home when we call, then you can pay by cash,cheque or debit/credit card immediately. If you are not at home at the time of the clean, then we will leave an invoice. We have other options to pay, click here to view How Can I Pay page. If the outstanding amount is more than £10.00 we would appreciate the payment within 7 days of receiving an invoice. If we need to write to you regarding a bad debt (payment not paid within 14 days) we reserve the right to charge a £10.00 administration fee.

Complaints and Cancellations

We are confident that you will find the standard of our work exceptional. Customer satisfaction is our priority. However if you are dissatisfied with any part of our service please call as soon as possible. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT COMPLAINTS AFTER 2 DAYS OF CLEANING. To avoid any embarrassment and wasted time please ensure that any marks in question are not on the inside of the glass!

Please note UPVC Frames and wood are both porous and will stain, scratch and discolour over a period of time, therefore we cannot offer a guarantee, however may I point out there will be an improvement. Unfortunately UPVC complaints will not be valid.

To cancel your agreement you need to give one months notice. Customers who choose to turn away cleaners on scheduled date will be invoiced for the cleaning fees.
